A young man runs down the sidewalk as performers from the Stuart's Opera House's afterschool music program, School of Rock, work on a set change during their first live performance since the COVID-19 pandemic started, in Nelsonville, Ohio, on Friday, June 4, 2021. “There’s obviously problems with performing virtually and the year off was so difficult and not being able to rehearse with my bad that we created and not being able to interact with your instructors,” says Tatum L’Heureaux, one of the performers with School of Rock. “…but it was also great because everyone had a one to learn about what they like to do and learn about themselves. I definitely learned that me, specifically, that I like that do a little more acoustic, something more casual and not worrying about the little details and just going for it.”
