President Barack Obama is heading to the home state of his chief GOP antagonist on Capitol Hill, House Speaker John Boehner to promote his jobs plan.
The president's trip to swing-state Ohio on Tuesday is part of a high-profile public sales push to get his $447 billion plan through a divided Congress.
It comes a day after White House officials revealed that they plan to pay for the legislation with higher taxes, earning criticism from Boehner and other congressional Republicans.
Obama will visit a school in Columbus that's undergoing renovations to highlight spending in the bill aimed at improving school facilities nationwide.
