More than 80,000 people have signed an online petition calling on a Ross County school district to change its bullying policy.

The Change.org petition was in response to a viral video of a gay, 15-year-old Union-Scioto High School student being attacked by a classmate in October.
The petition asks the district to include sexual orientation and gender identity in their anti-harrassment policy.
According to a press release from Equality Ohio, Ohio resident Bret Thompson started the petition after seeing the cell phone video online.
The group plans to deliver the 80,000 signatures directly to the Union-Scioto School District's superintendent tomorrow.
