A Pike County man faces several drug charges after deputies found a methamphetamine lab in his home on Wednesday.
Pike county Sheriff Richard Henderson reports that deputies were called to a home on State Route 772 in reference to a threats complaint.
Upon arrival, deputies allegedly found suspect Larry Dale armed with a sword and a handgun.
After they disarmed him, the deputies allegedly located the methamphetamine lab on the back porch.
Dale was charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of methamphetamine, illegal manufacture of drugs, having weapon while under disability, domestic violence, aggravated menacing.
