United Appeal: Paying It Forward

On this edition of Conversations from Studio B, host Milena Miller talks with Pam Harvey, executive director of the United Appeal for Athens County.

Miller and Harvey discuss how United Appeal functions and where United Appeal dollars go. Miller and Harvey profile a few of the non-profit organizations that fall under United Appeal’s umbrella, including the Athens County Child Advocacy Center, the Trimble Bridgebuilders and Habitat for Humanity.

United Appeal for Athens County will be hosting a “Pay It Forward” fundraising dinner at Kiser’s in Athens on Saturday, September 21. The cost of dinner is donation based, and will feature live music and more.
