Woman Charged With Belmont County Murder

A Belmont County woman has been charged with killing her boyfriend. Carol Wagner allegedly shot David Bower Sunday night.
Bower, a St. Clairsville, Ohio resident, suffered multiple gunshot wounds according to police.
A call placed to 911 claimed it was an accident.
