Lawrence County Body Identified

Investigators in Lawrence County have identified a body found at an Ironton recycling center. They say the body of Donald Harrison, 56, of Huntington, West Virginia was discovered inside a pile of recyclable cardboard at Rumpke Recycling on Monday. Motel Fire In Belpre Ruled Arson

An early morning fire at a vacant motel in Belpre has been ruled an arson. A State Fire Marshal's Office Spokesman says the former Belpre Budget Lodge caught fire around 1a.m. Investigators say they found evidence at the scene that indicates the fire was intentionally set. The Ohio Department of Transportation says there will be a delay with the Ironton-Russell Bridge replacement project in Lawrence County. Sunpower Incorporated will have a grand opening next week. The U. S. Geological Survey says the Marcellus Shale region contains 84 trillion cubic feet of undiscovered, recoverable natural gas, far more than previously thought.
