Lawrence County Body Identified
< < Back toInvestigators in Lawrence County have identified a body found at an Ironton recycling center.
They say the body of Donald Harrison, 56, of Huntington, West Virginia was discovered inside a pile of recyclable cardboard at Rumpke Recycling on Monday.
The preliminary autopsy report shows no signs of foul play.
But, officials at the Franklin County Coroner's Office are waiting on toxicology reports before making a final determination on the cause of death.
"We do not, at this time, believe anyone caused any harm to Mr. Harrison," said Sheriff Jeff Lawless.
Harrison had lived at homeless shelters in the Huntington area.
