Pair Confess To Break-ins In The Plains

According to Sheriff Pat Kelly, officers found 20-year-old William Milburn and 20-year-old Scott Domsher hiding behind the Athens City School District Building early Tuesday morning.
The deputy was responding to an alarm call at the school district building.
The pair confessed to breaking and entering the school district building, the superintendent's office, the Athens High School Football Field concession stand and Bargain Billy's thrift store.
