< < Back to escaped-felon-caught-mariettaAn escaped felon on house arrest is back in jail after being found and arrested in Marietta.
Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says that while in jail, Patrick Worstell, 27, told an inmate he planned to conduct armed home invasions when he got out.
After fleeing house arrest, he was found Saturday in Marietta.
He's charged with felonies of being a fugitive from justice and possession of heroin.
Deputies say Riannon Croston, 20, and Devann Wenzel, 20, Worstell's girlfriend, are charged with obstruction of justice and harboring a fugitive.
Wenzel is also charged with a felony count of heroin possession.
All three remain at the Washington County jail.
