Albany Man Shot In Early Morning Incident

Sheriff Pat Kelly says 33-year-old Bryan Withrow told 911 dispatchers that he was examining his overheated vehicle on the side of State Road 681 near Coe Road at approximately 12:16 a.m. when he was shot in the face by an unknown person.
Withrow says he then drove to nearby store where he met paramedics.
Withrow was flown to Columbus for his injuries.
Detectives are in the process of investigating the incident.
Kelly says it was an isolated incident that does not a pose a major threat to public safety.
