Name Released In Deadly Chillicothe Industrial Accident

We now know the name of the employee killed in an industrial accident earlier this week at the Glatfelter plant in Chillicothe.
Becky Mitchell died Monday morning.
Bill Wilkerson with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration says Mitchell was operating a bulldozer when she "somehow was run over by that piece of equipment."
Wilkerson says it's still unclear how that happened and no one witnessed the accident.
Mitchell worked in the paper mill since 1990.
OSHA's investigation is expected to take a few weeks.
