Sophomore Kelly Lamberti's name is heard quite often in the Mid-American Conference offices in Cleveland, Ohio.

Lamberti was named MAC East Co-Offensive Player of the Week after yet another impressive performance over the weekend. She was named MVP of the Bobcat Invitational after leading the 'Cats in kills, points, and aces.

Lamberti earns his third award this week and won Offensive Player of the Week last week as well. After 17 kills against Niagara on Friday, the sophomore surpassed the 500-mark for her young career. She had nine kills against Belmont on Friday night.

The offensive surge didn't end on Friday. Lamberti had four aces against Montana State, which is a personal best. She also had a team-high 14 kills and 13 digs against the other Bobcats. Akron's Tina Dimitrijevs shares with Lamberti.
