A night of phenomenal shooting from the Wahama White Falcons was the difference in a TVC Hocking matchup for the Trimble Tomcats, with Wahama taking the contest, 63-55.

After starting the game shooting 1-for-11 from the field, the White Falcons finished the game shooting 23-for-45.

Trenton Gibbs had a huge night for the White Falcons, with 12 points, 12 rebounds and five assists. Austin Jordan led the White Falcons with 20 points and chipped in three rebounds.

For the Tomcats, they were playing without starter Jake Kish. With two starters missing, the Tomcats did get a great game from big man Micah Couch who led the Tomcats with 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting and six rebounds. The Tomcats had four players score in double figures, but in the end it wasn’t enough.

Eighteen was the number that really decided this game. The White Falcons got a whopping 18 offensive rebounds Tuesday night, and held a 37-27 advantage on the glass.

The Tomcats fall to 9-9 in the TVC-Hocking following the defeat, and will look to break their two-game losing streak when they host the Waterford Wildcats Friday night at 7:30.
