Valentour, McFadden and Casher discuss what it takes to become a Certified Green Restaurant, tips for starting up your spring garden, as well as some suggestions for rookie gardeners.
“You can start seeds inside, so your tomato plants and your pepper plants can be started inside, as long as you have them close to the window and you’re keeping them warm”, says Casher.
