RedStorm Own St. Catharine 7-0, Allow No Shots
< < Back to48 to zero was the margin by which the Rio Grande RedStorm outshot the visiting St. Catharine College Patriots (Ky.) en route to a dominating 7-0 victory on Wednesday night.
In what was the most dominant match of the season for the RedStorm, Luiz Filho paced Rio with yet another hat trick. Filho now has five games with at least three goals and has 20 goals on the season.
Callum Cobb, Pau Rodriguez, William Paulino and Ryota Tonegawa notched the other goals for Rio Grande.

Luiz Filho now has possession of the most goals in the NAIA (20) and most game-winning goals (five).
With the victory, Rio moved to 10-1-2 and has yet to lose either at home or in Mid-South Conference play. The RedStorm play hosts to Cumberland University Sunday at 3 p.m.
