In this episode of "Conversations from Studio B," host Jan Hodson talks with Dr. Margaret A. King, professor emerita of the Ohio University Patton College of Education. King has over 40 years of experience as an early childhood teacher, professor, and consultant. She is the author of numerous publications on a range of early childhood topics.

Hodson and King are joined by Roy Schlegel, account manager with Playworks, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the recess experience in schools. They discuss the importance of play in the development of children.
