Kasich Will Have 2 Challengers For Governor In Fall Election

Democrat Ed Fitzgerald, Libertarian Charlie Earl, and Kasich have each filed a required number of signatures from the Secretary of State’s office ahead of today’s 4 p.m. deadline.
Kasich and Fitzgerald were required to collect 1,000 valid signatures of registered Ohio voters, and Earl had to receive 500 as a minor party candidate.
No other candidates have filed signatures as of 11 a.m. today.
