W.Va Agency Workers Accused Of Benefits Thefts

A federal grand jury in Charleston on Tuesday indicted 41-year-old Shannon Collins on 35 counts alleging fraud and aggravated identity theft.
The indictment says Collins worked as a case worker in the state Department of Health and Human Resources' Logan office in 2009. She's accused of using the Social Security numbers of two dead people to open fake accounts in order to claim benefits.
The indictment accuses Collins of pocketing $52,000 in benefits.
