Time Warner Cable Subscribers May Need To Rescan After Changes

Time Warner Cable has informed WOUB Public Media that customers in some areas may need to rescan equipment to receive channels. The changes, will affect customers in Chillicothe, Waverly, Jackson, Beverly, Newark, Caldwell, Cambridge and Coshocton. 

According to the letter, changes become effective Wednesday, July 9 and will not affect those using set top boxes. If your home device (televison, computer, etc.) is connected directly to Time Warner Cable, you will need to rescan the channels to receive the WOUB channels.
