OU Board Of Trustees To Review McDavis’ Performance

Update 5:06 p.m. The “special meeting” on June 14, of the Executive Committee of the Ohio University Board of Trustees is to conduct the annual performance review of President Roderick McDavis, according to board secretary Peter Mather.
Pursuant to protocol, the annual review is conducted by the Executive Committee in executive session prior to the June trustees meeting. The report is then presented to the full board at its regularly scheduled meeting.
Public notice of the meeting was given Monday that the session will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Hampton Inn at Easton. The Executive Committee is comprised of four trustees: David Brightbill, Janetta King, David Wolfort and Sandra Anderson. Anderson will not be able to attend the meeting on Saturday.
President McDavis’ current contract does not expire until the end of June 2017. Each year, however, he is subject to a performance review as standard procedure of the board.
