New Concord Artists Featured In Muskingum University Exhibit

The Muskingum University Art Department is hosting the exhibit Local Colors, featuring the work of New Concord artists Kiyoe Howald, Carron Baxter and Joan Quinn.
The exhibit, featuring more than 30 paintings, will be on display in the Louis O. Palmer Gallery through Wednesday, Oct. 1.
