OUPD Asking For Help Investigating Reported Rape

The Ohio University Police Department is asking anyone with information about a reported rape on campus to contact them.
OUPD said it received a call from an anonymous female reporting the rape of her friend on Morton Hill around 2 a.m. Sunday morning. The caller said her friend was walking down Morton Hill by herself when she was attacked. The attacker is described as a white male with a muscular build. He is around 5 feet 6 inches tall with dark brown hair and beard, wearing a white sweatshirt and blue jeans.
OUPD said it can’t investigate the case further because the caller was anonymous. Anyone with information should call OUPD at 740-593-1911.
