Albany Doesn’t Meet Demands, Wants More Time From School District

Last week, the school board authorized filing a lawsuit, but gave the village until this past Tuesday to give permission for the school district to hook its new bus garage and a proposed wellness center into the sanitary sewer system. Village Council met Monday to discuss the matter, and decided to ask for more time to prepare a detailed response to the Davis letter.
