Historic Preservation Tax Credits Going To Nelsonville
< < Back to historic-preservation-tax-credits-going-to-nelsonvilleNELSONVILLE — Nearly $2 million in historic preservation tax credits have been approved by the Ohio Development Services Agency for restoration work on former Nelsonville school buildings that will be converted to apartments.
Woda Group, developer of the project, expects to purchase the former Nelsonville High School and Junior High buildings on Fayette Street in the next couple weeks, and to start construction in the spring, according to Woda Vice President Joe McCabe. He said the project should be completed in the spring of 2017.
