Sex Trafficking Panel Planned at Marshall University

Democratic House of Delegates member Barbara Evans Fleischauer of Monongalia is among those taking part in the panel at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the university’s Memorial Student Center.
The university said trafficking cases have been reported in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and many go unrecognized or unreported.
Speakers will address definitions of sex trafficking and discuss trauma experienced by trafficking victims, how to identify a potential trafficking situation and ways to bring change.
The event was rescheduled from an earlier date.
