Students Get Creative, Show Off Research at Ohio University’s Student Expo

The Convo on Ohio University’s campus usually showcases the university’s top athletes, but on Thursday, OU’s best researchers and most creative students were the All-Stars.
Participants in this year’s Student Research and Creativity Expo worked hard to prepare to present their best work. The expo allowed Savannah Crawford, a senior studying printmaking, and Ryan Brown, a senior studying biological sciences, — along with more than 600 other students — to present projects they’ve been working on to faculty, administration and fellow classmates.
Here’s what Crawford and Brown where doing leading up to the big day.
The preparation paid off, as Crawford and Brown both took home first place ribbons in their respective sessions.
