Vikings Get Vicious Win Over Rival Circleville Tigers

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio (WOUB) – Teays Valley (7-0) remains undefeated after making a statement win against Mid-State League rival Circleville (2-5).

The Vikings dominated on the ground all evening long.

Landon Thompson led the charge with 114 yards on just four carries. Camden McDanel added 74 yards with three touchdowns. Quarterback Tyler Love added 59 yards.

Love was impressive passing the ball as well as he completed all six of his pass attempts for 210 yards and three touchdowns.

For Circleville, Scott Moats only completed four passes but rushed for a team-leading 141 yards.

Teays Valley looks to remain unbeaten next week as it plays host to Amanda-Clearcreek (5-2). Meanwhile, Circleville will look to snap its five-game skid at Hamilton Township (3-2).
