Athens Bulldogs chew their way through Logan Elm defense

As the first quarter comes under way, Kesi Federspiel is able to get the Bulldogs on the board early with back to back layups to give the Bulldogs an early lead.
Even though the Bulldogs were able to get on the board, they had many struggles down the stretch to try to get the ball in the hoop.
By the end of the first quarter, the Bulldogs lead the Braves 13-4.
Once the second quarter started, nobody expected the shooting slump that both teams would put on.
For the first two minutes and 30 seconds of the quarter, neither team made a shot until Harper Bennett made a tough layup for the Bulldogs to keep extending their lead into the first half.
At the end of the first half, the Bulldogs lead the Braves 20-8.
Even though the Bulldogs only had a 12 point lead at the half, they still had missed 27 shots in the first half already.
As the second half is under way, the Bulldogs decided to turn it up on the offensive and defensive end to put this game away.
For the game the Bulldogs were able to get 23 steals throughout the game.
By the end of the third quarter, the Bulldogs lead the Braves 36-12.
As this game went into the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs were able to put their exclamation point on this game with another back to back layups by Kesi Federspiel.
At the end of the game, The Bulldogs were able to win this game 45-15, to advance to the next round of the tournament to face off against state ranked Fairfield Union.
