Bob Batchelor will be the Republican candidate for Court of Common Pleas judge in November. He won the primary with 3,774 votes compared with 2,069 votes for his opponent, William Todd Drown.
Voters in Adams Township approved a 2.5 mills tax renewal for the volunteer fire department by a vote of 79 to 38.
In Pike Township, a 2.7 mills tax renewal for current expenses was approved by a vote of 63 to 37.
