The Space Walk tour continues to deliver stand-out production design with retrofuturist flair. Traversing platforms of riveted silver panels adorned with chunky, glowing portholes, Mark Speer and Leezy (Laura Lee’s stage persona) make their way across and up the raised platforms, engaging the space during the show.
Toro y Moi opened the show, playing funky psych-rock-leaning songs off the new record “Mahal,” released that same day via Dead Oceans.
