Paper City Music Festival to Rock Chillicothe

Known for hand-selecting up-and-coming indie artists, the festival has played host to many well-known acts before they hit the big time, including Shovels and Rope, He’s My Brother She’s My Sister and the Kopecky Family Band.
This year’s lineup boasts several standout performers, including Anderson East of Athens, Alabama, currently touring in support of his new album Delilah. Joining East are several artists from the Nashville area, including The Wans, Goodbye June, Chrome Pony and Bad Cop.
Ohio will be well-represented by acts like The Speedbumps (Kent), DJ B-Funk (Athens), Lemon Sky (Cincinnati) and Chillicothe’s own Gypsy Jug Band and Crossroad Station.
The Paper City Music Festival will be held at the Ross County Fairgrounds (344 Fairgrounds Road, Chillicothe), which provides several camping options, including primitive camping and RV parking, with access to electric and water hookups. Anheuser-Busch products and local food will be
available for purchase.
The festival is a family friendly event. Children ages 12 and under will be admitted free of charge with an accompanying parent holding a weekend pass. Free parking is available on-site.
