Earlier this year, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, an official corporate sponsor of the NCAA, asked fans across the country to vote on Facebook for the “Best Under-the-Radar NCAA Football Atmosphere.” After months of voting and seven finalists, the Ohio Bobcats came out on top.

The other six finalists included the Colorado State-Pueblo ThunderWolves, Delaware Blue Hens, Northern Arizona Lumberjacks, Northern Illinois Huskies, Sam Houston State Bearkats, and Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks. All seven finalists produced a video to show why their team deserved the spotlight. The videos highlighted passionate fans, traditions of the team, and any pre- and post-game parties that make their school stand out.

A production crew from CBS will be on campus Nov. 19 to cover Ohio’s game against Kent State at Peden Stadium for the “Bobcat Blackout.” Before going to the game, the crew will check out all of the hot spots Athens has to offer as well as talk with students to capture the gameday atmosphere.

The feature is set to air on Nov. 29 during CBS’s annual special “Best of College Football.” This annual special on CBS will also relive the season by going through the best players and coaches, the year’s best moments, and the top plays of the season as voted by the fans.
