Flooding Closes, Restricts Roads in Region

High water is affecting nearly every county in Southeast Ohio today, and the rain is forecasted to continue through weekend.

Here are the roads where high water has been reported in the area:

Athens County, according to the Athens County Emergency Management Agency:

  • County Road (CR) 1 – Kimberly Rd., near McKee Paving
  • CR 10 – Baker Rd., Marion Johnson Rd. to Brown Rd.
  • CR 10 – Baker Rd., State Route (SR) 681 to Swart Rd.
  • CR 12 – Washington Rd., US 50 intersection near Diamond Stone Rd.
  • CR 15 – Wood Rd., SR 681 to Sandusky Rd.
  • CR 17 – Fisher Rd., Oxley Rd. to Harner Rd.
  • CR 17 – Fisher Rd., Pleasant Hill Rd. to Chase Rd.
  • CR 18 – Potter Rd., SR 550 to Emma Wyatt Rd.
  • CR 19 – Hebbardsville Rd., Fisher Rd. to Cameron Rd.
