The Brass Band of the Tri-State, under the direction of Dr. Michael Stroeher, will present its annual spring concert this Tuesday, March 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Smith Music Hall Recital Hall on the campus of Marshall University. The ensemble performs traditional brass band music from England and North America, original pieces arranged specifically for the band, musicals, marches, orchestral transcriptions, Salvation Army Band music, and popular selections. Admission is free and open to the public. There will be a free-will offering  with proceeds going to the purchase of new music.
