Take a ride on the Stuart’s Winter Wine Express! This is a fundraiser for Stuart’s Opera House, and this beautiful train ride on the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway includes wine, cheese, and more and its all for a good cause. The perfect break from a busy holiday season and a chance to get together with friends, family, or just have a nice night out! Perfect for office parties too! Doors will open at 6:00pm for picking up tickets at the Nelsonville Depot at 33 Canal Street.

How long is the trip? The entire train ride is roughly an hour and a half.

How do we get the wine? You’ll recieve three drink tickets while boarding the train and you can exchange one ticket for a glass of wine. If you would like to purchase more drink tickets you can purchase additional tickets for $5 a ticket.

Can I bring my own wine? No, no outside alcohol is permitted.

Will there be beer? No. Just wine.

Can I bring my own food? Yes! Feel free to bring snacks in additional to the snacks provided.

What are/ when do we receive the snacks provided? We hand out food boxes with a little bit of bread, cheese, fruit, and some candy when we reach the turn around point half way through the trip.
