Man Accused Of Abducting Wife Found In Kentucky

Mark Ferguson, 24, was caught yesterday in Whitley County, Ky. after a short police chase.
Authorities say Ferguson's ex-wife, Melissa Johnson, 22, of Jackson County, Ohio, was with him. She was not hurt.
Police in Xenia say the incident began Sunday morning when Ferguson took Johnson from a motel at knife point.
They say he then stole a 2003 Silver Chevrolet Impala.
Several hours after the alleged abduction, the pair was spotted in Vinton County where the Sheriff says Ferguson once lived and still has relatives.
About 1 a.m. Tuesday that car was found abandoned along State Route 93 near County Road 4 in the Pedro area of Lawrence County.
Ferguson is being held in the Whitley County Detention Center until he can return to Ohio to face charges.
In Whitley County he faces charges of speeding, receiving stolen property, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment and other charges.
Johnson was also arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, fleeing or evading police, wanton endangerment and other charges.
She is currently into the Whitley County Detention Center.
