Earwig Returns to Athens Nov. 15
< < Back to ?p=245347Why Earwig isn’t more popular is a mystery to the many music fans who have been indoctrinated by the band’s skillful, intellectual-yet-sometimes-raucous stylings. The group’s most recent release, Pause For the Jets, is tuneful, visceral, and deeply enjoyable, all at once.
WOUB spoke to Lizard McGee, the founder of the group (which splits it’s members between Athens and Columbus,) in the interview embedded above.
On Saturday, November 16, Earwig will perform at The Union (18 West Union Street) with The Kyle Sowashes, Cordial Sins, and Unmonumental.
