Part 2 of the 3 Part “Serenity Series”, this classic meditative pose brings calm and peace to the mind. A stencil will be provided with in house participation, or purchase of a canvas for the body silhouette. A color full background which matches the previous week, you can choose to keep the figure all black, or add designs and colors to the form.
