< < Back to second-craigslist-murder-plot-suspect-appear-courtA self-styled chaplain suspected in a deadly Craigslist robbery scheme in Ohio will answer to charges including aggravated murder and kidnapping.
Richard Beasley, 52, is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Akron. He was indicted Friday on 28 counts and could face the death penalty if convicted.
He's accused of killing three men and wounding a fourth in August, October and November.
Prosecutors say victims of the alleged plot were lured with a Craigslist job ad.
Beasley has denied any involvement in the killings. He was arrested in November.
A 16-year-old boy also charged in the case has pleaded not guilty.
