Scioto County Man Dies In Kentucky Crash

A single vehicle crash has claimed the life of a West Portsmouth, Ohio man.
The Lewis County, Ky. Sheriff says William Bailey, 62, died in the crash this morning.
It happened on KY 9 just east of the Ky. 10 junction about 6 a.m.
The Sheriff says Bailey failed to stop at the intersection.
He then drove off the road and hit a rock wall.
Bailey was partially ejected from his car.
