Vinton Man Arrested On Murder Charges

The Gallia County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal shooting that happened in Huntington Township.
Gallia County Sheriff Joe Browning say the shooting happened this morning.
Investigators are still notifying family members and at this time and are not releasing the victim's name.
David Ramey, of Vinton, has been arrested and charged with aggravated murder.
According to Sheriff Browning, more charges are pending.
