Scioto County Man Sentenced In Burned Body Murder

A man who witnesses say described himself as "the righteous hand of God" will spend the rest of his life in prison.
David Gerald, 37, was sentenced Thursday in Scioto County to life without parole, plus 29 years for the murder of Felipe Lopez.
Lopez's body was found in a burning truck in March of this year in Franklin Furnace, Ohio.
He had been stabbed with a hatchet and hunting knife several times before placed in the car.
Raymond Linkous has also been sentenced to life for the murder.
Thomas Steinhauer is expected to go to trial next month.
