An Ohio woman was arrested after authorities say she made threats involving a municipal court judge and an annual pumpkin festival.

Patricia Gisvold, of Logan Elm Village, faces one count of petty theft and one count of making a terroristic threat.

Gisvold, 36, was arrested on Wednesday and is being held on $50,000 bond in the Pickaway County Jail.

Circleville Police Chief Wayne Gray told the newspaper on Monday that Gisvold used a stolen cell phone to threaten Circleville Municipal Court Judge Gary Dumm.

Gray says the threatening messages to Dumm also indicated a plan to launch a terrorist-type attack at the Circleville Pumpkin Show.

It was not immediately clear whether Gisvold had an attorney.

A message was left with Gray.
