Possible Murder Call Ends In Parkersburg Arrest

George Parsons was taken into custody on Andrew Street early this morning when officers responded to a call regarding a home on Kenner Street.
Jennifer Murrey said that Parsons, who was allegedly under the influence of an unknown substance, supposedly murdered someone inside the home.
Officers found Terry Abbott and a female alive inside, but no signs of a crime.
Abbott is being charged with 2 counts of possession of cocaine and bath salts.
Parsons allegedly kicked the cage and doors in the police cruiser and was taken to be medically cleared for incarceration.
Parsons is expected to be arraigned later Tuesday.
Charges against Murrey for reporting a false emergency are pending.
