We encourage you to put your worldly activities aside, immerse yourself in a h ealing weekend of Integral Yoga, and experience a renewal of your entire being. We request that attendees have atleast six months of experience with Hatha Yoga and some meditation experience.

The Fur Peace Ranch, in the rolling hills of southeast Ohio, provides 80 acres of beautiful nature for our retreat. Included in the cost of the
weekend are 2 nights of accommodations and healthful vegetarian meals, consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, plus
breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Ranch facilities include an inviting hall for our yoga practice, a library/lounge, a restored log cabin dining
room, sleeping cabins, a bathhouse, hiking trails and labyrinth.

Pricing  Camping 300$; Shared Cabin $325; Private Cabin $375    all pricing includes Throughout the retreat, we will open our bodies, minds and spirits with Hatha Yoga, pranayama, chanting, group meditations and periods of silence. Daily Satsang (inspiring talks that include plenty of time for questions) with Swami Asokananda will help inspire us in the practice of living our yoga. We will be nurtured with delicious vegetarian
