The UpBEAT Book Club allows for lively discussion of a book selected by the UpBEAT Book Club.  This program is for adults ages 55 and older and is held on the second Monday of each month.  The book club continues to meet virtually.

This month’s book is A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole. Set in New Orleans, this Pulitzer Prize fictitious and comedic book follows the adventures of Ignatius J. Reilly. Please note: this book contains profanity, sexual situations, racial slurs and controversial subject matter. Please join us virtually on Monday, October 12 at 10-11 a.m. for lively discussion.
