Bradley Nott allegedly walked into two Athens houses on Mill Street Monday night without resident's permission. At 116 Mill Street the 27-year-old was confronted by a female resident, who then called the police.

Investigators said Nott went over to a neighboring house where he surprised a group of men. Max Yankee, an Ohio University student and resident at 114 Mill Street, said he and his roommates first thought the man was lost.

"He just had that weird look on his face and that weird attitude as if he was welcomed even before he was welcomed," Yankee said. That made the men question the situation and they told him to leave.

Nott then walked up towards Court Street where Athens Police arrested him. He was taken to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
