Ohio Soccer Signs Five Future Bobcats

Five players signed on to the Ohio University soccer team for the 2016 season. Head coach Aaron Rodgers announced Alivia Milesky (Plain City, Ohio), Olivia Sency (Medina, Ohio), Remi Eades (New Albany, Ohio), Courtney Daugerdas (Libertyville, Ill.) and Sydney Leckie (Medina, Ohio) will all join the Bobcats next year.

Milesky was on the second team All-State team in 2014 and 2015. She earned the All Madison County award in 2012 and League MVP in 2015. Milesky also holds her high school records in both assists (35) and goals (42).

Sency received All Greater Cleveland Conference honors in 2015, All District in 2014, and ODP Region II Player of the Year for 2011 and 2012. Sency and her teammates reached the final four in the 2015 state championships.

Leckie was All-State First Team and GCC All Conference Player of the Year 2015.

Eades was second team all-state senior year, while also first team all OCC in 2014 and 2015. Her high school reached the regional semi-finals in 2015. Eades was the team captain junior and senior year

Daugerdas competed on the Eclipse Select Soccer Club for seven years. Daugerdas helped the team win the Illinois State Cup Champions in the 2013, 2014 and 2015 seasons.
