New developments have surfaced in a now-infamous Hocking County murder case.

Media reports indicate that one of the accused killers, Sandra Inman, may be negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors.

She appeared in court on Monday.

Sandra Inman faces 15 years to life in prison if convicted of murdering her daughter-in-law, 25-year-old Summer Inman.

Prosecutors say the victim's family would have to sign off on any plea deal.

If no deal is reached, she's scheduled to stand trial on July 9.

Her husband, William Inman, is set for trial on August 27.

Their son, William Inman II, was convicted last week and sentenced to life in prison with no chance for parole.
